Costs for provision of Standard Service		To be negotiated with Access Provider but cannot exceed $78,000 (set by the RBA Benchmark).		Prior to or on execution of Access Agreement
Annual contribution to administration costs of EAAL		These costs are divided amongst Members, 40% equally and 60% by number of direct connections to Members. The total running costs of EAAL are estimated to be $64,780 for 2008/2009.		Invoiced quarterly
